A confirmed order can no longer be changed, such as the size or color of an item. However, you can cancel an order.
We currently do not accept telephone orders.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days from the confirmation date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to check the shipping status online. Your transaction and payment information is securely encrypted directly by our payment providers, following strict banking standards. Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank and can only be read or seen by your bank, not by Anime Absolute.
The shipping costs vary depending on the country and the selected shipping method. Shipping and delivery times are specified during the ordering process.
After your order has been dispatched, you can no longer change the delivery address. However, you can contact the transport service provider directly and make an alternative delivery arrangement.

After you have received the package, you have 14 days to write us an official email about a cancellation. It is very important that the cancellation period begins when you or your family members or neighbors have accepted the package.
In order to maintain the maximum length of the product and the quality, we recommend turning the garment inside out and washing it at 30 degrees. In this way, Anime Absolute can ensure that the print art work is consistent in quality and longevity.
All our products are made in Turkey by our manufacturer in a sustainable way. In addition, our manufacturer has been awarded all ecological certificates, and a green footprint in retail is very important and is our top priority. KLARNA purchase on account: Payment to Klarna is only made after receipt of the goods. Klarna will then email you the invoice directly. You have 14 days from the date of the invoice to pay them.
KLARNA installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you have the option of paying for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the other conditions specified at check-out.
KLARNA Sofortüberweisung: Pay for your purchase immediately after completing the order with your usual online banking data.
KLARNA direct debit: When shopping, select Pay immediately at the checkout. Then you can select "direct debit" as the payment method. Finally, you have to select your bank and log in there and that's it. Your account will be automatically debited a few days later.
KLARNA Pay now: No restriction is necessary for you here. You can select Klarna - Pay now at the checkout and then have to fill in your bank details. The money will then be transferred directly.

Payment by card number:
UnionPay cardholders can complete their payments by entering their card details (card number, PIN code) on the payment page. You will then receive a code via SMS to confirm your payment. Payment by QR code:

Apple Pay: How does it work with Apple Pay?
Add your loyalty card to the Wallet app. Display your customer card on the iPhone and hold your iPhone a few centimeters away from the card reader at the checkout in the store. Apple Pay will then switch to your default payment card so you can pay for your purchase
Google Pay: Google Wallet is an app for smartphones that, among other things, allows you to make contactless payments with your smartphone in shops.
